Will serve as a symbol of refined luxury along the waterfront, embodying a groundbreaking collaboration brought to life by a highly acclaimed global design team, each renowned in their respective fields. Kohn Pederson Fox Associates (KPF) will conceive the striking exterior architecture that will redefine the city's skyline. Parisian designer Tristan Auer will infuse his sophisticated aesthetic vision into the interiors of The Residences. Laura Gonzalez, an esteemed Parisian designer featured on the AD 100 and Elle Décor A-List, will craft the hotel interiors. Additionally, the esteemed Thai firm Shma will lead the landscape architecture. Notably, this marks the debut commission for Auer, Gonzalez, and Shma in the United States.
